Refund Policy

VPNVan offers cross-border network acceleration subscriptions covering 100+ countries and 240+ routes, with no cap on how many devices you use and no email address required to sign up. Subscriptions are digital services delivered month by month, so this page sets out the refund window, what is and is not covered, the steps to apply and how the money comes back, so you can judge before you pay.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This is a standing commitment for first-time payments, whether or not you have connected, and regardless of how much data you have used.
The refund window and eligible orders
The refund window starts when the order is paid successfully and runs for 7 consecutive calendar days, closing at the end of the 7th day. Any request submitted inside the window is handled as a no-questions-asked refund: you do not have to give a reason, and having already connected and used the service does not invalidate it.
The products currently available to order, and their prices, are listed below. The refund amount is calculated on what was actually paid for that order:
- Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets every month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
- Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB and ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until used up and never expire.
If you upgraded your plan inside the window, the upgrade payment counts toward what was actually paid on that order, and the refund is issued against the total paid. No handling fee is deducted and nothing is prorated for days already used.
When you can request a refund
- You apply within 7 days of your first payment. Whether or not you have connected, and however much data you have used, the refund is full.
- The same order was charged twice, or payment succeeded but the order's entitlements were never activated. Once a ticket confirms this, the overcharged or undelivered portion is refunded.
- You cannot connect at all inside the window because of a route or client problem, and troubleshooting confirms the cause is not your local network or device. You can take a refund instead of waiting for a fix.
All of the above depend on the order being verifiable. The order number, payment method and payment time can be found in the order history in the user panel; including them with your request shortens the check.
When a refund is not available
The no-questions-asked refund covers the 7-day window after your first payment. The following fall outside it:
- Requests made after the 7-day window following the first payment.
- The data allowance on that order has been used up in full; monthly plan data and data packs are both treated as substantially delivered.
- The account was restricted for breaching the terms of use, for example reselling the account, sending spam, or scanning or attacking other networks.
- The order came from an unofficial channel, or the payment record cannot be matched to the order and verified.
- The same account has already requested a refund for the same order, or that order has already been refunded.
A refused refund does not mean the account is deleted. The decision and its reason are explained in the ticket, and the account keeps the remaining entitlements you paid for.
How to apply and what to include
Refund requests are submitted through the ticket section of the user panel. There is no email to send and no email address to provide.
- Log in to the user panel with your username and password. No email address is required at sign-up; if you forget your password, follow the prompts on the login page to recover it.
- Open a new ticket in the ticket section, set the subject to Refund request and select the order concerned.
- In the body of the ticket, give the order number, the payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT), the payment time and amount, and the account that should receive the refund. Refunds always go back to the original payment channel, and the receiving account must match the account that paid.
- Wait for the check. It covers the order status, the payment record and the account's refund history. A request submitted inside the window does not lose its eligibility because verification takes time.
- The outcome of the check and the status of the refund are both answered in the same ticket; use that ticket for any follow-up.
You do not need to give your login password in the ticket, and it is better not to paste your full subscription URL. Verifying an order needs only the order number and the payment details, so there is no reason to send extra credentials.
Payout timing and refunds to the original payment method
Refunds always go back the way they came: Alipay returns to the original Alipay account, WeChat to the original WeChat Pay account, and USDT to the original payment address. The service does not offer the option of refunding to someone else's account; if the original account has been closed or is in an abnormal state, explain this in the ticket and it will be handled separately after verification.
Payout timing depends on the payment channel and, for USDT, on on-chain confirmations. The refund is initiated as soon as the check passes; how quickly Alipay and WeChat credit the money depends on processing on the channel side, and USDT has to wait for on-chain confirmation, so no fixed duration can be given in advance. The ticket records the time the refund was initiated so you can compare it against the channel's records.
Once the refund is complete, the plan or data pack allowance on that order ends immediately. The account itself is kept and you can choose a plan again at any time. The refund record stays in the order and the ticket for future reference.
How the payment methods differ
All three payment methods can be refunded; they differ in the return path and the confirmation step:
| Payment method | Return path | Things to note |
|---|---|---|
| Alipay | Original Alipay account | Credited on the channel side; if the account is closed or in an abnormal state, explain it in the ticket and it will be handled separately. |
| Original WeChat Pay account | The return path is the same as Alipay; the ticket reply is the authoritative progress update. | |
| USDT | Original payment address | Returned in the original currency on the original chain type, with no currency conversion. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed, so check the address and chain type before submitting. |
If someone else paid for the order, the refund still goes to the original paying account and will not be transferred to the account that placed the order. Confirm this before you pay.
These terms are updated as the service and the payment channels change. An updated version applies to new orders from the date it is published; orders already paid follow the version in force when they were paid. If anything on this page is unclear, open a ticket in the user panel. Refund decisions are governed by this page and the terms of use.
